DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 26, 2006)
The western Highlands of Scotland receives, in some places, 120 inches of rain per year.
On the day of the Celtic Quad Cities' Games, the weather made a point of providing an authentic touch of Scotland with rains heavy and light.
Nonetheless, the Games went on without a hitch. Below are the MWI.com photo series recording the event.
ALL captions are provided by Mark McVey, AD for the GAMES. |
