Notes from Buddy Hull:

"These shots are of the 56 pound weight over bar. I managed to clear 13 feet that day.

This is one of the most grueling events in Highland Games. Especially if you are only 5'10.

The top picture is of me establishing a grip.

The second pic is of the preliminary swings prior to the release.

The third is the weight being released and clearing the bar.

And the last photo is of me walking away happy!"
